BUILD TOGETHER · INSTITUTIONAL TECHNOLOGY · EST. MMXXVI
The operational infrastructure for public-benefit coordination.
Build Together is the platform layer that lets county governments, hospital associations, cooperatives, foundations, and mission organizations coordinate work that no single funder, administration, or media cycle should be allowed to interrupt.
THE PLATFORM
Fourteen primitives. One coherent platform.
Build Together's platform is composed of fourteen reusable systems. Each primitive handles one function. Initiatives compose them. The platform is designed to last decades, not product cycles.

WHAT THE PLATFORM POWERS
Six initiatives. One platform.
Build Together is the technology layer. We Build Together is the institutional layer that runs the initiatives. The platform is invisible to most users. It exists so that the people doing the work can do it.

HOW WE OPERATE
Operational discipline. Institutional accountability.
01
ONE STANDARD PER OUTCOME
Every operational claim Build Together makes is grounded in a methodology document. Restored acres. Households served. Maternity deserts reduced. Each has a Standard that specifies what is measured, how, and who audits it.
02
PUBLIC ALMANAC
Once a year, Build Together publishes an Almanac documenting the state of every system across every initiative. The Almanac is the institutional record. Published once. Not edited. Corrections are addenda.
03
LONG-HORIZON INFRASTRUCTURE
Build Together is being built to last decades. The platform is owned by Build Portfolio and operates under public-benefit governance. The work does not depend on any single administration, funder, or media cycle.
