WHAT IT DOES

Routing accepts submissions from Intake and matches them to the right Registry entity, Roster member, or Docket queue.

Routing rules are configured per initiative and audited per Standard.

The matching logic is deterministic and auditable. There is no model-driven inference in the routing path.

HOW IT INTEGRATES

• Intake · Routing consumes Intake submissions.
• Registry · Routing matches against Registry entities.
• Docket · Routed cases open Docket items.

HOW PARTNERS WORK WITH THIS PRIMITIVE

Routing is internal infrastructure. Its behavior is observable to partners through Brief reports and Docket activity.
