Registry

WHAT IT DOES

Registry is the platform's source of truth for institutional entities. It holds verified records for partner organizations, sub-units, and operational locations.

Every other primitive reads from Registry. A request cannot be routed, a case cannot be opened, and a Compact cannot be signed against an entity that is not in Registry.

Registry records carry verification provenance, jurisdiction metadata, and the access tier under which the entity participates.

HOW IT INTEGRATES

• Verification · Verification populates Registry records.
• Atlas · Atlas reads Registry to place entities geographically.
• Routing · Routing matches Intake submissions to Registry entities.

HOW PARTNERS WORK WITH THIS PRIMITIVE

Registry is internal infrastructure. Partners do not query Registry directly. They are represented in it.
